For Android Devices:

  • Press the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously.

  • Hold for a few seconds, then release.

  • Open your Photo Gallery, where all screenshots are automatically saved.

For Windows PC:

  • Press the Windows logo key + Shift + S.

  • Select from the top menu whether you want to capture the entire screen or a portion of it.

  • Click the image in the notification that appears in the bottom right corner.

  • The screenshot will open in the Snipping Tool, where you can edit it if needed.

  • Use the save button (floppy disk icon) in the top right and choose where to save the screenshot. On Windows 11, this step differs: click the three-dot button > Save > choose where to save the screenshot.

  • Alternatively, press the Windows logo key + PrtScr. The screen will dim briefly to indicate a screenshot was taken, and a new PNG file will be saved in the Pictures/Screenshots folder.

For Mac:

  • Press Shift + Command + 3 to capture the entire screen. The screenshot is automatically saved to the desktop or a designated folder if set.

  • Press Shift + Command + 4 to turn the cursor into a crosshair, allowing you to select a specific area. This is useful for capturing a portion of a website or document.
