For Android Devices:
Press the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously.
Hold for a few seconds, then release.
Open your Photo Gallery, where all screenshots are automatically saved.
For Windows PC:
Press the Windows logo key + Shift + S.
Select from the top menu whether you want to capture the entire screen or a portion of it.
Click the image in the notification that appears in the bottom right corner.
The screenshot will open in the Snipping Tool, where you can edit it if needed.
Use the save button (floppy disk icon) in the top right and choose where to save the screenshot. On Windows 11, this step differs: click the three-dot button > Save > choose where to save the screenshot.
Alternatively, press the Windows logo key + PrtScr. The screen will dim briefly to indicate a screenshot was taken, and a new PNG file will be saved in the Pictures/Screenshots folder.
For Mac:
Press Shift + Command + 3 to capture the entire screen. The screenshot is automatically saved to the desktop or a designated folder if set.
Press Shift + Command + 4 to turn the cursor into a crosshair, allowing you to select a specific area. This is useful for capturing a portion of a website or document.
